Hacienda Showgirl(Caption on back of card) - This famed "Ice Fantasy" photo was Tracy Vaccaro's first modeling job at 16. She was trained as a dancer from the age of six, but her dancing career ended abruptly with a knee injury. She went on to become Playboy's "Playmate of the Month" in October 1983.
